1. Opening & Brief Hellos (5 minutes)

  • Welcome & Overview: Session’s goal—hearing real-world experiences and insights on applying AI in marketing.

2. Volunteer Experience Sharing (20 minutes)

  • Pre-Selected Case Studies: Volunteer alumni share their experiences and use cases.

  • Suggested Format: Each presenter gets 5 minutes to explain their project, the challenges faced, and key outcomes.

  • Embedded Q&A: After each presentation, time for clarifying questions and discussion.

3. Introducing Dynamic Personas™ (15 minutes)

  • Learn and see a demo of how simulated customers and target audiences creating experiences that mirror real‑world motivations, emotions, and decision‑making.

4. Open Q&A / Group Discussion (15 minutes)

  • Facilitated Discussion: Open the floor for deeper questions and interactive discussion based on the presentations.

  • Focus Areas:

    • What common challenges did you face?

    • Which insights could benefit your own projects?

    • Suggestions for future collaborations or topics for further exploration.

4. Closing Remarks & Next Steps (15 minutes)

  • Session Recap: Summarize the key takeaways and highlight any emerging themes or actionable insights from the discussion.
